  • Lead improvements and operational support for internal technology systems including the Mail Management System (MMS) used across Maldives Post operations.
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration to identify system issues, prioritize enhancements, and support development initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data using UPU and PTC postal technology systems to identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements.
  • Design operational reporting and process improvements to improve system usage, operational visibility, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal digital tools supporting operational workflows and reporting.
