Maldives Post Toolbox

Maldives Post Toolbox is an internal operational platform developed to support and streamline the daily workflows of Maldives Post Limited’s mail operations teams. The platform centralizes essential operational utilities used by mail operations staff, supervisors, and senior personnel. One of its primary tools helps identify incoming customs bonded boxes from e-commerce shipments, improving visibility and monitoring of international parcel flows. Another core module is the Post Office Mail Noting Tool, which enables staff to record and track daily incoming mail across post offices, helping teams monitor items within the operational pipeline. The system processes operational data from spreadsheets, images, and PDF documents, transforming them into structured information that can be quickly reviewed and tracked. By digitizing previously manual workflows, the platform significantly reduces manual data handling while improving operational transparency and reporting speed. Built as both a mobile and web tool using Flutter and Firebase, Maldives Post Toolbox provides a centralized and accessible solution for operational staff, enabling faster decision-making and improved efficiency across mail processing operations.
